As a key member of the Curtis Symphony Orchestra's percussion section, Ruben Acuna Gonzalez recently performed in the celebrated "Curtis on Tour" series. The tour featured a powerhouse collaboration with Grammy-winning conductor Teddy Abrams and violin virtuoso Ray Chen in a program of masterworks by TJ Cole, Barber, and Copland, showcasing the orchestra's incredible talent on a professional stage.
